Job Description

The successful Foodservice Manager (Food to Go) will:

  • Be accountable for desiganted customers in HoReCa + Leisure Channels
  • Create and nurture key accounts to generate recommendations and new business
  • Lead generation activities to deliver new customers/sites and ensure a strong pipeline for opportunites
  • Deliver appropriate equipment upgrades
  • Accountable for retention of sites within a customer group
  • Development and execution of marketing plans with customers
  • Development and execution of marketing plans with customers
  • Utilise social media to share success and generate interest
  • Accountable for improving the consistency and execution of the Rollover offer with the customer base
  • Negotiation of annual terms and commercial discussions
  • Liaison with marketing on marketing opportunities/activity
  • Liaison with ASM's on account site performance & required activity
  • Regular reporting of portfolio performance
  • Maintaining understanding of competitor activity and threat in the sector
  • Be able to travel nationally

The successful Foodservice Manager (Food to Go) will:

  • Be flexible and willing to go above and beyond to develop strong relations in the Leisure/Foodservice Sector
  • Manage multiple customers
  • Field based - must be flexible to travel
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building
  • Pro-active and resilient

Minimum 2 years field sales experience

Experience managing large key accounts

Enjoys winning new business
