Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the accounting & finance department
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines
  • Collaborate with external auditors and manage internal controls
  • Communicate financial information to stakeholders
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities
  • Conduct risk management activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
  • Experience in a managerial role within the Transport & Distribution industry
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
