They are committed to making sure each person feels empowered to bring their best self to work every day.Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to support our core operations by providing essential administrative support to the Facilities and Health & Safety function, driving safety, compliance, and operational excellence within a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility. You will:Manage contract audit files, keeping all documentation current.Oversee Hard FM maintenance records and compliance reporting.Collate documents for internal and external compliance audits.Collaborate with teams and clients to support compliance processes.Track and report corrective actions to resolution.Handle general admin tasks: orders, scheduling, CAFM system updates, and management reports.Lead compliance oversight within CAFM, including team training.Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies.The Successful ApplicantA detail-focused and proactive professional with proven experience supporting Facilities and Health & Safety functions. Skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and delivering clear, accurate reporting to drive compliance and operational success.They will:Have excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively across teamsHave strong analytical ability with expertise in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelProficient in PC use and business systems, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient day-to-day operations.
