Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients across distributors and direct international retail relationships.
  • Oversee the sales performance of key accounts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
  • Manage contract negotiations with key accounts.
  • Stay updated on retail industry trends and developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export BDE should have:

  • A desire to hunt for and win new business.
  • Experience in business development, with an FMCG background.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 3-4 times a year.
  • Additional language skills a bonus.
