Job Description

  • Manage and oversee employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
  • Offer guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
  • Deliver training sessions for staff on HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive workplace culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ER Manager should have:

  • A strong background in employee relations and human resources.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
