Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and organise documentation, both digital and physical, for easy accessibility.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
  • Order office supplies and ensure the workspace remains well-organised.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete ad hoc administrative tasks effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful entry-level admin should have:
