Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve enterprise sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers.
  • Build account plans for key target accounts - leveraging senior colleagues/external relationships where appropriate.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to conduct detailed strategic and personnel-based research on your target accounts to enable highly-targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and client success, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and proposals, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasting sales and providing regular updates to senior management.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Enterprise Sales Manager should have:

● 5+ years of relevant experience within Enterprise sales in a SaaS based business (Retail sector experience preferred)

● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

● Able to operate very effectively both independently and within a team

● Self-starter - you will be responsible for planning your own time and sales activities whilst ensuring the rest of the business are kept up to date and informed on sales activity.

● Superb communication and interpersonal skills

● Superb negotiation skills

● Experience in producing reliable reporting on activities and revenue

● Experience using HubSpot, Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
