Job Description

  • Spend two years working across all areas of engineering to truly understand what team you want to join at the end of the scheme
  • Assisting in the design and development of advanced manufacturing processes
  • Conducting research to identify improvements in operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with senior engineers to implement innovative solutions
  • Analysing and interpreting data to inform engineering decisions
  • Providing technical support to the manufacturing team
  • Participating in continuous professional development activities
  • Adhering to all company and industry safety standards
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Under Graduate (or equivalent) should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field - graduating in 2024 or ideally 2025
  • A keen interest in the industrial/manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant engineering software
  • A proactive approach to learning and professional development
