With a collaborative and cross-functional way of working, this is a place where your ideas will be heard-and your contribution will be valued.The head office is based in York, but they operate a fully hybrid model, therefore 2-3 days per week onsite is required. 4 days per week is also considered.Job DescriptionAs the Employee Experience Specialist, you'll report to the Internal Communication & Employee Experience Manager and play a lead role in enhancing engagement and culture across the business.
