Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
  • 18 month demand plans for the international channel, utilising both statistical and manual forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement & Supply Chain teams to optimise inventory levels.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance to adjust forecasts as needed.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth product availability.
  • Prepare and present reports on demand planning and inventory performance.
  • Support the implementation of planning tools and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

  • +5 years' experience in demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using demand planning software and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
