D&I Adviser will collaborate to support the delivery of regional strategic priorities and global projects through Employee Engagement, Programme Management & business collaboration. Key to build out diversity networks across the UK business.

Job Description

  • Build out the diversity networks across the UK - ensuring this is aligned to wider UK DEI strategy. Support with network comms, events and stories to raise awareness.
  • Be main point of contact for all DEI networks.
  • Support with delivery and development of mental health strategy - including training, events and feedback.
  • Manage, plan and schedule DEI training and mentoring programmes
  • Write articles and content on DEI strategic priorities which align to global calendar. Work with wider DEI team and Comms team to do this
  • Support and deliver DEI agenda to vacation scheme students .
  • Continual DEI market research.
  • Overall support wider DEI agenda and strategy of business

The Successful Applicant

A successful DEI Advisor should have:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of DEI best practices within the professional services industry.
  • Ability to analyse data and utilise this to drive decision making.
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as part of a team.
