Job Description
- Identify and diagnose damp and mould issues in properties.
- Implement effective solutions to eliminate damp and mould.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Report on the condition of properties.
- Work closely with the Construction Department.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Public Sector organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Damp & Mould Repairs Specialist should have:
