We are currently looking for a Customer Service Account Handler on behalf of our client who currently operates on a global basis within the industrial manufacturing industry. The role at present will take a hands-on approach with clientele relationship duties alongside managing bulk order volumes & vendor responsibilities. The following will be suitable for someone who has an extensive base of experience within the industry.

The client we are currently representing are a large-scale & reputable manufacturer that operate alongside a number of subsidiaries across the Uk & Europe, & supplies directly to numerous third-party handlers as well as large household-name brands.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Onboard new accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Qualify opportunities and scheduled appointments for the External Sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for introducing new products to drive revenue.
  • Share best practices with the team and contribute to overall performance improvement.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience within the industrial manufacturing field, & or account management basis of experience
  • CRM relationship software experience
  • SAP experience if necessary
  • Ability to collaborate & communicate with numerous external & internal stakeholders
  • Strong present-ability & communication skills
  • An energetic and positive attitude towards work
  • A strong desire to learn and develop, using creative thinking and be able to adapt to new ways of working
  • Organised and numerate with an eye for detail
