This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about CRM systems and eager to grow in the marketing/technical role.

Job Description

Michael Page Digital are partnering with a Travel/Events business to find a CRM Administrator to join their London team. You will be part of a small and mighty CRM team and working closely with the Head of CRM to own and coordinate the companies Salesforce and integrated Pardot marketing platform. This role is a backend CRM role and you will spend the majority of your time owning their online meeting system (EventsAir) whilst working with internal stakeholders to prepare and execute event phase delivery.Reporting to the Head of CRM, the CRM Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the CRM program on a day-to-day basis including end-to-end production of direct customer communications. A sharp eye for detail as well as understanding of project and process management will be critical to success.The role is perfect for someone with 12+ months of technical CRM experience and enjoys leading on A/B testing, reporting, Form and Email building, managing tickets, managing the CRM calendar and dealing with technical issues.If you love CRM systems and enjoy the technical and administration side of CRM this could be the perfect role for you.The Role

  • Supporting in managing event platform for all trade events as well as the output of meeting system
  • Work closely with CRM Manager to support and enhance both Pardot and EventsAir (event management platform)
  • Support the delivery and execution of all CRM projects
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to prepare and execute event phase delivery
  • Manage EventsAir and Pardot ad-hoc tickets
  • Manage forms, phases and content of the appointments system as well other CRM systems
  • Manage CRM calendar of phases and content delivery closely to ensure deadlines are met
  • Deal with systems technical issues and liaise with technical support if necessary
  • Data hygiene across CRM systems



The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of 12 months in a CRM Administration role (B2B preferable but not essential)
  • Someone with a genuine interest in CRM systems
  • An outgoing person who enjoys working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders
  • Worked with a marketing automation tool previously (Pardot is preferable, Marketo, Act-On , etc.)]
  • Experience in Form and email building
  • A Good understanding of an event management platform
  • An understanding of e-commerce technology & platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and someone able to work independently
