Job Description

  • Maintain accurate credit records and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Interact with customers to discuss their accounts and resolve any issues.
  • Work within the accounting and finance department to create reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies.
  • Assist in the implementation of credit control procedures and policies.
  • Attend regular team meetings and provide updates on credit control activities.
  • Contribute to the overall financial health of the company by minimising credit risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and databases.
