Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team.
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents related to property transactions.
  • Assisting with client communication, answering queries promptly and professionally.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and organising meetings.
  • Ensuring all documentation and records are accurately maintained.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conveyancing Secretary should have:
