They are renowned for their commitment to quality and sustainability, and strive to foster a culture of continuous improvement within their Shrewsbury facilities.Job DescriptionLead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other appropriate methodologies (e.g., Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).Ensuring that delivery of continuous improvement projects and activities maintain full compliance with health and safety and environmental, risk assessments, procedures and good practiceCollaborate with the various teams to analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvementsConduct thorough assessments of current workflows, procedures, and systems to pinpoint inefficiencies and cost-saving possibilities.Work with Operational teams to develop effective solutions to address underlying issues, minimise waste and identify cost saving possibilities.Carry out fact finding and analysis to produce useful data and insights for use in continuous improvement activities and decision makingProvide guidance and feedback to others in the use of continuous improvement tools and techniques in the context of the project or activitiesSupport the development and implementation of quality management systems, including undertaking audits and lead ISO audits.Establish a comprehensive record-keeping system to demonstrate compliance with ISO standardsHelp lead and drive the Lean Six Sigma program within HIAB UK/ILiaise effectively with colleagues using a range of verbal and written media.
