Job Description

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and board
  • Managing and organising team schedules
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Managing and filing important documentation
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations
  • Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly
  • Assisting in the planning and organising of team events
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information
  • A proactive and professional approach to tasks
