Job Description

  • Brand Strategy Development: Drive the development of a forward-thinking brand strategy that reflects core values and resonates with target audiences, focusing on the UK and USA markets.
  • Brand Language and Presentation: Own the creation and refinement of brand language, ensuring it is consistently communicated in presentations, campaigns, and across all brand touch points.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualisation, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, balancing creative storytelling with data-driven insights to achieve measurable growth.
  • Retail Store Point of Sales (POS): Strategize and oversee in-store merchandising and POS materials, ensuring an engaging and cohesive brand experience across all retail locations.
  • Visual Identity and Brand Look & Feel: Define and protect brand aesthetic, overseeing the development of visual assets that maintain consistency across all digital, print, and retail platforms.
  • PR and Media Relations: Partner with and manage PR agencies to build brand credibility, enhance media relations, and increase visibility in key markets.
  • Analytical Market Insight: Conduct and apply market research and data analytics to understand consumer behaviour, identify trends, and adjust strategies for optimised performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure brand-aligned initiatives, effectively driving cohesive go-to-market strategies.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within the homewares industry, with a focus on both strategic and operational marketing.
Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset with the ability to balance data-driven decision-making with innovative brand storytelling.
Extensive experience in leading brand campaigns, from concept through execution, with a focus on measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of retail marketing, POS strategies, and visual merchandising.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience managing PR agencies and external partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Deep understanding of consumer insights and trends in the UK and USA markets.
Experience in B2B, B2B2C and direct to consumer.
