Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of compliance within the financial planning department.
  • Develop and implement robust compliance procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes within the financial services industry and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to the financial planning team.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure company-wide compliance.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
  • Handle any compliance-related issues that arise promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously improve the compliance programme to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and procedures in financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
