Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee complex property repairs
  • Liaise with contractors, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels
  • Inspect completed works, assessing against quality and safety standards
  • Manage and resolve any arising issues or complaints
  • Contribute to the development of operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the wider property team to deliver a seamless service
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management
