Job Description

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Conduct job evaluations and salary surveys.
  • Ensure salary and benefits compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage job classification and salary grading systems.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to forecast budget for compensation and benefits.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Stay updated on compensation and benefits trends in the financial services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compensation and Benefits Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing and managing reward programs within the Financial Services
  • Hands on experience with Long Term Incentive Plans. (LTIPs)
  • Strong understanding of Benefits and demonstrable current experience of working on Benefits Programmes
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of UK compensation and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
