The role will support the growing sales team and partner agency in the field to ensure they achieve the set targets and commercial goals. The successful candidate will hunt and win new business, engage with wholesaler sales and marketing teams to ensure the brand is at the centre on their drinks category conversations, tenders and partnerships. Ensure customer success volume growth, be at and create industry related events bringing the brand to light through commercially led showcasing, working closely with the marketing team at all times. We are looking for someone who wants to use their already amazing experience to add real value to the On Trade channel growth but to also be a strong commercial seat around the table. Perhaps you are someone who feels they can do more, add more value, and loves creating a legacy!! The Successful ApplicantThe Commercial Manager - On Trade (Soft Drinks) will come with the following skills and experiences:Be passionate about hunting and winning new business in the On TradeHave solid account management experience needed - having worked in the FMCG / Drinks industry.Proven commercial experience of selling to On-Trade, and perhaps experience with luxury/premium/hospitality/events business also!Existing contacts on the channelExcellent experience working in a commercial role in a drinks business - non alcoholic or alcohol both considered.Have a commercial / entrepreneurial spirit (think outside the box, think differently)Ability to be agile and lend their hand to a task, even if it is outside of their role / job titlePositive, get up and go attitudeGreat personality with an enthusiasm to build relationships with current and new customers in the on-tradeSomeone who can work as part of a team, while also being a self starterExcellent at generating own leads and driving sales through existing businessWilling to go the extra mile & exceed targets setHighly organised & self-motivatedBe able to commute to the Buckinghamshire as and when required - ideal location would be around the Greater London, Home Counties area but fully mobile nationally for the role.
