Job Description

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure precision in machining processes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance.
  • Adjust machine settings and tooling as necessary to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols within the manufacturing environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in CNC machining within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.

  • Competitive salary in the range of £38500 rising to £39200
  • Shift Pattern Monday to Thursday
  • Early shift: 6.00am - 2.00pm
  • Night 10pm to 6am
  • back shift 2pm to 10pm
  • Friday Early shift: 6.00am - 12.20pm, Night 6:40pm to 1am,back shift 12:20pm to 6:40pm
