An exciting position in Business Development/Sales Lead Generation/Customer Service has opened up in the Sales department for a passionate and proactive individual ready to make their mark in the Skincare Industry. The role is based in Guildford and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has Beauty experience and/or is NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy.

Job Description

The successful Business Development/Lead Generation/Inside Sales candidate will:

  • Identify and build new relationships with potential clients
  • Handle Customer Service, Lead Generation and Inside Sales
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development/Lead Generation/Inside Sales candidate should have:

  • NVQ Level 2 + 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • 2 years experience in Business Development/Customer Relations
  • Strong understanding of Technical Beauty Industry
  • Pleasant and positive via telephone, emails etc
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Results Driven
  • A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
