Job Description

The Business Development Director - Hotel Supplies will build and grow internal and external relationships to drive business revenue and Increase Profits

The Director of Business Development will grow new strategic partnerships, drive sales and manage Client relationships, track new markets and trends, recommend new products and services and help guide the long term objectives to meet business requirements.

The Director of Business Development will Manage the Business Development Sales team, as well as working across multiple cross functional teams and the role will be involved in the strategic development across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

The Business Development Director - Hotel Supplies will come with the following skills and experiences to be successful:

  • Proven Experience in Hotels/Hospitality
  • Proven Track Record of Increasing revenues and profits through Exceeding Sales Targets year on year
  • Proficient in commercial negotiations and a strategic thinker with Innovative solutions
  • Familiarity and proven track record in driving expansion across Key EMEA Countries; KSA, Italy, France, Germany, UK, Spain, Greece & Portugal
  • Strong Track record of networking, building and maintaining long term partner relationships at all levels
  • Commercial Flair and an enthusiastic and progressive approach to the hospitality sector
  • Strong Team leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate and engage
  • Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
  • Global Mindset and ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments
  • Strong Analytical skills to make informed decision making
  • A confident and strong Communication style



We are flexible across England in locations where candidates will be based, as long as candidates are prepare to travel for the role.

What's on Offer

Up to £88,000 per annum (DOE), plus £6k CA, Bonuses, Benefits
