Known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability, they deliver reliable solutions that power modern technologies and improve lives around the world.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities will consist of: Implement effective financial controls for all tasks.Provide weekly Flash Profit & Loss and Order Status reports, along with other ad hoc analyses.Monitor and maintain profitability to meet financial objectives.Ensure that all internal commercial reporting, such as KPI data and monthly customer reviews, is completed accurately and promptly.Nurture and develop strong relationships with existing Food Manufacturing/Food Service customers, acting as the main contact for all allocated accounts.Conduct risk reviews and develop mitigation plans during the bid cycle.Ensure timely customer billing.Assist in financial negotiations with customers and suppliers, including bid management and face-to-face meetings.Review and approve supplier invoices and direct labour timesheets in accordance with the company's Delegation of Authority.Visit customers regularly, attend meetings, prepare presentations, and investigate/resolving complaints and queries as required.Regularly review financial and commercial performance with Project Managers and the Senior Team.Accurately process customer purchase orders and manage expenditures according to specific requirements.Address customer complaints and queries, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.Ensure all new product quotes/tenders are discussed through the costing/NPD process, with the parameters of the quote clearly identified to the customer at the point of submission.Collaborate with economy field-based teams to enhance commercial and environmental performance.Stay informed about sector products, services, and industry trends to benefit customers.Record, update, and maintain customer data and interactions using Salesforce.
