Job Description

  • Develop and execute the long-term category strategy, setting commercial KPIs and growth targets.
  • Partner with commercial markets to create the perfect go-to-market mix, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and execution excellence.
  • Lead the Brand Planning Team, responsible for category merchandising, financial modeling, and commercial planning.
  • Act as a key member of the Leadership Team, representing the category at executive forums, including Growth Council and ELT.
  • Oversee commercial trade updates, monthly performance reviews, and top-tier trade commentary forums.
  • Drive innovation by identifying white space opportunities and building business cases to support growth.
  • Develop activation content, brand propositions, playbooks, and tool-kits to support successful market execution.
  • Partner with agencies and creative teams to develop industry-leading campaigns, particularly for Q4 gifting.
  • Work closely with Finance and RGM teams to implement robust commercial pricing strategies and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Lead transformation projects and multiple project squads within a year to drive category evolution.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, category planning, and commercial execution within the beauty, cosmetics or beauty device industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in leading global launches and ensuring best-in-class execution.
  • Ability to drive innovation and develop compelling brand activations across multiple channels.
