Looking for someone who can: Enhance the benefits and recognition schemes through analysis of current offerings, market trends, and stakeholder insights. Assessing the feasibility of flexible benefits via market research and cost-benefit analysis.

Job Description



  • Analyse Current Programs:
    Conduct in-depth reviews of existing employee benefits and recognition schemes to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.


  • Market and Stakeholder Analysis:
    Gather and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and stakeholder feedback to benchmark and inform our strategy.


  • Evaluate Flexible Benefit Options:
    Research and assess the feasibility of introducing flexible benefit options through comprehensive market research and cost-benefit analysis.


  • Reporting and Recommendations:
    Develop detailed reports and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.


  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with HR, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of benefits strategies with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in employee benefits analysis
  • Strong ability to perform detailed data analysis, including cost-benefit analyses, and to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
