Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the night team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

  • Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise during the night shift.
  • Coordinate with the day team to ensure seamless transition and communication.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all services and amenities offered by the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular checks of the establishment during the night hours.
  • Assist with training and development of the night team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Night Manager should have:
