The business is proud of its values and practices which include being ethical, sustainable, and have an eco-friendly officeJob DescriptionResponsibilities include:Identify, develop and refine sales and operational style product management to produce reliable and timely sales forecasts for SKUs & categories at market levelOn-going portfolio reviews, including robust analysis of category & SKU performance to improve product performance, rate of sale and proposition development for each marketCreate Weekly Sales & Stock Intake plans ensure & optimize availability, intake and stock levels in line with business needs.Optimize product & category performance, from demand, markdown, stock, intake and returns.Ensure best sellers reach their full potential, identify poor performing lines and over stock issues and make recommendations where necessary to stimulate salesForecast, analyse and action commercial data to be able to react to trading opportunities / trends in performance to shape the trading plan in season in order to drive the optimum commercial and customer outcomeGuide marketing on SKU & category priorities in campaigns, website coverage and work with marketing to ensure suitable offers / inventory are available.
