Update system with any changes to all residential clients. Liaise with Solicitors as and when requiredProduce Service Charge invoices and Ground Rent invoices on annual and quarter days and send outReceive and deal with calls related to invoices and statementsPrepare Service Charge Budgets each year in January, discuss with Property Managers and, once signed off, enter on the system and update the charges.
