Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to manage antisocial behaviour within council properties.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, police, and other agencies to address antisocial behaviour.
  • Lead and manage a team to address and resolve antisocial behaviour issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of antisocial behaviour strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations related to property and community safety.
  • Manage and monitor budgets related to antisocial behaviour management.
  • Lead community engagement activities to promote positive behaviour.
  • Act as a point of contact for all antisocial behaviour related queries within the council.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ASB Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of legislation and regulations related to property and community safety.
  • Experience in managing and resolving antisocial behaviour issues.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
  • A commitment to promoting positive behaviour within the community.
