Job Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Supporting team by performing tasks related to the organisation and strong communication
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Administrator' should have:

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
