Job Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Handle correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries.
  • Maintain and update databases and record systems.
  • Organise meetings and manage diaries.
  • Prepare and distribute documents and reports.
  • Ensure all administrative procedures are followed.
  • Assist with project work as required.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A strong educational background with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
