Job Description

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Taking accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Managing and organising documents, files, and records.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team.
