Job Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Secretarial & Business Support department with administrative tasks
  • Handling phone calls and email correspondence professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting the team with the creation of reports and presentations
  • Arranging and scheduling meetings, including managing the calendar
  • Ensuring the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Assisting with special projects as required
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive approach to tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ideally you will hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service
