Job Description

The successful Account Manager will have ownership of relationships with key pharmacy and retail accounts, ensuring our health & beauty portfolio thrives in-store and online. Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Managing and growing accounts including Boots, Superdrug, and other key High Street and Pharmacy Customers

✅ Developing and executing joint business plans to hit sales targets

✅ Leading promotional planning, forecasting, and category reviews

✅ Working closely with marketing, supply chain and NPD teams to deliver best-in-class service

✅ Identifying new opportunities to drive growth and brand presence

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager - High Street/Pharmacy UK should have:

  • Previous experience in account management within the retail industry.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the high street and pharmacy sectors in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
