Job Description

  • Manage client accounts within the built environment, development, infrastructure and energy sectors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality output.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to clients to enhance their strategic positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and organisations.
  • Assist in new business development by identifying opportunities and supporting pitch processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations within the built environment sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:
