They care deeply about each other and their customer fusing that energy into the ethos of the business.Job DescriptionOur Client is keen to see someone grow into this role - This is a new created position and they are seeking for someone to eventually step into the role of an 2nd/3rd Line Engineer that role will entail:Oversee daily operations of the IT departmentDevelop strategy as it relates to the organisation's IT infrastructureManage and report on allocation of IT budgetProvide technical support and guidance to staff membersEvaluate and implement IT software, hardware and systemsMaintain security of all data and IT systems within the companyCoordinate IT activities to ensure data accuracy and network operations are maintainedWork closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support cost-effective technology solutionsFull training is provided in this role with the opportunity to step into a Leadership role as well as obtain qualifications.
