This role calls for a Transport Operations Director who will oversee and optimise all aspects of transport operations in the transport and distribution industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and meeting organisational objectives.

You will report directly to the engineering manager. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the shift ensuring our customers receive a first-class service. Managing the team ensuring conformance to plan in a timely & efficient manner meeting customer demand. The role will cover all aspect of the employee life cycle, to deliver maximum productivity with a clear focus on Health & Safety, quality, efficiency and profitability.

This role involves client liaison, account management and business development. You will be working under 2 Directors and have the autonomy to drive your own development.

As a Client Manager, you will be getting involved in a variety of different aspects of the practice. This includes managing your own diverse portfolio of roughly £150-250k worth of fee's. There is also the opportunity to work as an outsourced Finance Director with your clients to develop their entrepreneurial growth.
