Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager.

Job Description

  • Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including goods-in, pick/pack/dispatch, and stock control
  • Implementing and improving operational processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
  • Managing a small, hands-on warehouse team and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Ensuring compliance with all H&S, food safety, and legal standards
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams
  • Working with 3PL and courier partners to optimise delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Using warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate stock record
  • Supporting demand planning through accurate reporting and forecasting



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment
  • A strong understanding of stock management, fulfilment processes, and supply chain best practice
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills - able to lead by example and inspire teams
  • High attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong IT literacy - experience with WMS, ERP systems, and Excel
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a scale-up culture
