Job DescriptionYour key responsibilities include:Providing legal advice on trade finance transactions and structures to the international trade and working capital business teams including the management of riskAdvising on a variety of trade and working capital products including trade loans, discounting letters of credit, B2B trade fiance, debt financing with a trade finance element, bonds, guarantees, and more.Reviewing and negotiating a variety of transaction documentationEnsuring the corporate banking division complete tasks in a compliant manner to all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.Providing expert advice to the Bank's businesses and wider functions including areas of credit, risk, product management, tax, finance, fraud, litigation, commercial contract support, and operations.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be a 3 - 7 PQE lawyer qualified in England & Wales with strong experience in trade finance and wider working capital.
