Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UK Country Manager to lead and manage sales operations across the industrial sector, with a strong emphasis on water treatment. This is a key leadership position, responsible for driving growth, strategy, and sales execution in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage UK sales operations, focusing on industrial markets, particularly water treatment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Oversee and support a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for market penetration.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal UK Country Manager:

  • Proven background in rotating equipment sales is a plus, ideally specialising in centrifugal pumps.
  • Strong background in B2B industrial sales, particularly in water treatment and related sectors.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a sales team.
  • Mechanical or engineering qualification.
  • Commercially astute, with a track record of business development, negotiation, and strategic sales execution.
  • Strong understanding of surface pumps, vertical sump pumps, immersible pumps, control valves, and related equipment.
  • Based in the UK, preferably in the North but not essential
