Job Description

  • Lead the UK business, owning the P&L and delivering profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute the UK sales and marketing strategy to increase brand presence and market share.
  • Manage key retail accounts, with a focus on the Top 4 grocery multiples, ensuring best-in-class customer relationships.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing UK team across sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on innovation, brand strategy, and category opportunities.
  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities across grocery, convenience, and foodservice channels.
  • Ensure operational excellence across forecasting, supply chain, and trade investment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Current MD, CEO, or Country Manager with a track record of delivering growth in a branded food or drinks FMCG business.
  • Career progression from sales and marketing roles, demonstrating deep commercial expertise.
  • Proven success in sales and marketing, with direct experience managing Top 4 UK grocery retailers.
  • Track record of delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and brand development.
  • Experienced in managing and scaling teams, with strong leadership skills.
  • P&L responsibility and results-oriented, data-led approach.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic and hands-on mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • The role is office based in the West Midlands.
