Job Description

Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and donor support for the organisation's initiatives.

Brand Strategy: Contribute to shaping the organisation's brand identity and maintaining consistency across all communication channels.

Content Creation: Create and manage high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring it aligns with the organisation's mission and engages key audiences.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with fundraising goals, ensuring cross-departmental cooperation.

Donor Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with key donors, utilising marketing strategies to enhance their involvement and support.

Budget Management: Manage and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Campaign Analytic: Analyse marketing campaign performance, using insights to adjust strategies and improve future efforts.

Public Relations: Support PR activities by coordinating events, press releases, and other media opportunities to enhance visibility and positive media coverage.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and the organisation's website, ensuring strong online presence.

Event Support: Provide marketing support for fundraising events and initiatives, ensuring promotional materials and messaging are on brand and impactful.
