Job Description

This role will have a specific focus on security charging. The role will oversee the day-to-day requirements relating to the organisation's security charging strategy, updating property stock lists and working with security trustees and legal advisors to set up and maintain effective security schedules in addition to the following:

  • Developing and executing financial strategies
  • Analysing and presenting financial data
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Participating in cross-functional projects
  • Monitoring and managing financial risk
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Contributing to the improvement of financial processes and systems

The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury Analyst should have:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in treasury operations
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective team
  • Experience of research, analysis and report writing
