Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise transportation costs and improve delivery performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and best practices.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of drivers and supervisors

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong background in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a fleet of HGVs and vans
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service KPIs (OTIF, customer satisfaction, route efficiency etc.)
  • Knowledge of transport regulations, H&S standards, and sustainability practices.
