Job Description

  • Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects within the global markets department
  • Develop and implement strategic project plans, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives
  • Oversee the budget and resources allocated to each project
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing contingency plans where necessary
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Drive the adoption of project outcomes across the business
  • Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement within the project team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transformation Lead - P&L, Global Market's should have:
