Job Description

Transaction Banking Programme Manager responsibilities

  • Direct and manage transaction banking projects from beginning to end.
  • project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of project.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transaction Banking Programme Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the financial services sector.
  • Experience delivering Programmes of work within Transactional Banking. i.e. Payments, cash management, trade finance, securities services.
  • Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using project management software.
